When you submit a consultation request, we collect the details you choose to share: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, organization, location, and a description of what you need.
Our website host may record standard technical information, such as your browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and schedule a consultation
- To prepare a quote or deliver services you ask for
- To keep records required for our business
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask.
Information about your site
Assessment findings, photos, and reports describe security weaknesses, so we handle them with extra care. Reports are encrypted, shared only with the contacts you name, and site photos are deleted after the report is delivered.
How long we keep it
We keep consultation requests for up to two years and client records for as long as business and tax rules require. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
